Input blocks
FormGenyus forms use question and input blocks to collect structured responses. Use the block inserter or command menu to add the right input type for your workflow.

Text and number
Short text
Use /short for names, compact labels, and single-line responses.
Long text
Use /long for detailed answers, context notes, and open-ended explanations.
Number
Use /number for numeric values. You can set min/max constraints in block settings.

Use /email to collect correctly formatted email addresses.
Phone number
Use /phone to capture phone numbers in your intake flow.

Use /link to collect website URLs and reference links.

Use /multiple to provide a list of options. Configure single or multiple selection in block settings.
Dropdown
Use /dropdown for compact option lists in select input format.
Checkbox
Use /checkbox for consent fields and multi-option selection patterns.
