AI Report vs raw responses

The submission detail view lets you toggle between structured AI narrative and the exact captured answers—including file attachments and multi-select values.

Open any submission from Submissions or a shortcut from the Summary tab. Use the pill toggle between AI Report and Raw Responses.

When to use AI Report

  • Scanning synthesized themes, bullets, classifications, scores, or action plans aligned to your Builder template.
  • Sharing concise narrative externally (copy summary or PDF export).

When to use Raw Responses

  • Auditing verbatim answers against compliance or QA requirements.
  • Opening or downloading uploads linked to answers (documents, images).

If no AI summary has finished yet you may see status messaging instead of sections—refer to Submission status and AI states.
