Overview: forms, submissions, and templates

FormGenyus organizes AI-powered reporting around three places in your workspace: the form-level Summary dashboard, individual submissions with an AI Report, and the AI Summary Builder that defines how outputs are structured for each form.

Summary tab — portfolio view

From Summary, you see aggregates across submissions: counts, recent activity, recurring themes and keywords, and risk-style distributions. Use it to orient before opening any single response.

Submissions — one respondent at a time

Submissions lists every response. Click through to compare AI Report narrative layout with Raw Responses, regenerate summaries, export to PDF, and inspect file uploads.

AI Summary Builder — per-form blueprint

AI Summary Builder stores a template on the form—blocks like executive summary, key insights, scores, recommendations, plus optional submission-data sections. Saving a template shapes how new summaries render (after you regenerate or for new submissions, depending on product timing).

Workspace AI profile / use case informs tone and taxonomy; combine it with Form Settings (AI summaries on/off). See How summaries are generated and Enable or disable AI summaries.
