How summaries are generated
AI output combines your workspace context, optional per-form Summary template, respondent answers, and server-side safety controls. Form Settings can disable generation entirely for that form.
Workspace AI profile
The product asks you to pick a broad use-case profile so headings and classifications match your workflow (therapy, legal intake, CFO engagement, general, etc.).
Saved Summary template
In AI Summary Builder, templates define modes (Quick / Balanced / Deep), which blocks render, field bindings, and preset instructions merged into prompts.
Form Settings gate
If AI summaries are turned off at the form level, generation (including regenerate) refuses with guidance to re-enable—see Enable or disable AI summaries.
Regeneration still consumes governed capacity when allowed—cover limits in Credits & regenerate limits.
