Submissions list: filters and search
When the Submissions tab is active, the header hosts quick filters and a search box that persist per form while you work.

Filter chips
- All — every capture.
- Summary ready — at least one saved AI summary exists.
- Not generated — still awaiting or never produced a summary.
Search
Use the text field to narrow long lists; values push into session storage so returning to the tab preserves your query.
