1. Introduction
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Accounts

3. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our separate Acceptable Use Policy. Among other restrictions, you may not use FormGenyus for:

- - Spam or abusive campaigns
- - Collecting sensitive data in ways that violate law or consent
- - Harmful, deceptive, or malicious content
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the data collected through your forms, including responses and uploaded files. You are responsible for ensuring your content and data collection practices comply with applicable laws and the rights of respondents.
5. AI Features
AI summaries are generated automatically and may not always be perfectly accurate. You should review outputs before relying on them for important business, clinical, legal, safety, or financial decisions. AI features are described further in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- - Paid plans are billed according to the subscription terms shown at checkout.
- - Subscription fees may renew automatically unless cancelled.
- - Refund eligibility is determined by our billing and refund policy.
7. Service Availability
We may update, change, or modify the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may perform maintenance or upgrades as needed.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service, bypass limits, or create security or legal risks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormGenyus and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
