1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on FormGenyus. It applies to everyone who uses our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This AUP supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, the Terms govern.
2. No illegal or harmful activity
- - Do not use the Service to violate applicable law or regulations.
- - Do not distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, or probe our systems in ways that could harm security or availability.
- - Do not use the Service for phishing, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, or exploitation of minors.
3. Spam and abuse
- - Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or mislead recipients about the origin or purpose of forms.
- - Do not collect submissions through deceptive or coercive UX (e.g. hiding material terms).
- - Do not circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing controls.
4. Sensitive data and compliance
- - You are responsible for ensuring your forms and data collection practices comply with privacy, employment, health, financial, and sector-specific rules that apply to you.
- - Do not use the Service to collect data you are not lawfully permitted to process, or where doing so would violate third-party rights or agreements.
- - If your use case involves highly sensitive categories of data, ensure you have appropriate legal basis, notices, and safeguards before enabling fields or AI processing.
5. AI features
- - Do not misuse AI features to generate unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content, or to extract personal data from respondents beyond what your form discloses.
- - Do not rely on AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, tax, or otherwise) where regulated advice is required.
- - Automated or high-volume access to AI summary endpoints may be throttled or suspended to protect the platform.
6. Intellectual property
- - Do not upload or distribute content you do not have rights to use.
- - Do not scrape, copy, or reuse the Service UI or documentation in ways that violate our Terms or applicable law.
7. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or block traffic when we reasonably believe this AUP or the Terms has been violated or when required to protect users or the Service.
We may report illegal activity to authorities where required by law.
